I have been a Real Estate Agent since 1994. I studied Real Estate courses under the great teacher, John Sullivan. He was able to effectively convey excitement and interest in the field of Real Estate. He gave us many scenarios of his experience that helped me to become familiar with the many aspects of listing and selling properties... He then hired me as an agent in his Era Real Estate office in Springdale, Ar. This gave me great experiences with Real Estate laws, ethics, and sales. I purchased the United Country Office in Huntsville in 1988 where I was the Principal Broker. After selling the United Country Office, I worked with several other Brokerages before coming full circle back to working at United Country-NWA Real Estate, Huntsville. All of these proved to be very valuable assets to my knowledge in the real estate world. Rural property is unique and diversified and seldom does one find like-kind properties in Madison County. Therefore I have learned many different aspects and requirements of the process and feel I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to help my clients with all their Real Estate needs.
